Vice President of Strategic Alliances

As the VP of Strategic Alliances, Yvonne is responsible for developing and managing strategic partner alliances. Yvonne has been an attorney and business executive for more than 25 years and has extensive experience in strategic alliances and business development. Her areas of legal expertise are in business law, intellectual property, international licensing/distribution, and software-related issues.

Yvonne was formerly Vice President and General Counsel of Ameritrade Holding Corporation, a publicly traded Internet brokerage firm, as well as Vice President and General Counsel of WisdomBuilder, LLC, a privately held software company. At TenFold Insurance Systems Group Yvonne was Vice President responsible for both business development and legal. She has also been responsible for technology licensing and intellectual property for United States Fidelity & Guaranty Company and for Prime Computer GmbH in Munich, Germany. She was formerly a partner in Levan Schimel Richman Belman Abramson & Scanlon, which is now part of Miles & Stockbridge, one of the largest Baltimore law firms.

Yvonne graduated from George Washington University National Law Center with honors and from Florida Atlantic University with honors. She also served in the U.S. Air Force Security Service as a Russian linguist.

Born in our nation’s capital, Yvonne’s leisure interests run the gamut from cage diving with great white sharks to yoga. Yvonne enjoys listening to the music of the Beatles and is inspired by her children.
