Community Analytics, LLC (“Community Analytics”) respects your privacy and has established this Privacy Policy to let you know how we collect, use, share, and protect information that we may gather when you visit our website or voluntarily provide us with information. This Privacy Policy applies to all of the business activities of Community Analytics. Community Analytics reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes to our Privacy Policy will become effective upon posting of the revised Privacy Policy. You should review this Privacy Policy periodically to remain informed of any changes. Information We Collect
The information gathered through this Site falls into two categories: (1) non-personally identifiable information that is routinely gathered as users navigate through the Community Analytics website (the “Site”) and (2) personally identifiable information voluntarily supplied by users of the Site and by individuals who participate in studies conducted by Community Analytics.
Collection and Use of Non-personally Identifiable Information
Each time you visit the Site, it automatically keeps track of such information as your IP address, domain name, the name of the page from which you entered the site, which pages are viewed and for how long. This information is collected in order to improve the Site and for trending analysis. As with most websites, we may use "cookies" to track usage and to improve your online experience. The cookies do not collect any personally identifiable information, and you can also decline cookies. Further information about cookies is available in the help function of your browser.
Because non-personally identifiable information does not identify you, we reserve the right to use it for any purpose, and to share it with third parties for any purpose. Please note that to the extent any non-personally identifiable information is combined with personally identifiable information, the combined information will be treated as personally identifiable information for as long as it is so combined.
Collection and Use of Personally Identifiable Information
The Site may collect personally identifiable information you provide voluntarily in connection with inquiries, requests for information, registration for newsletters, carrying out transactions you have requested, or to satisfy other requests. This information may be used to communicate with you regarding special promotions, new products and services, or upcoming events. If you do not want to receive information from Community Analytics, you can email us at unsubscribe@comlytics.com and ask to be removed from the Community Analytics’ contact list.
Community Analytics is a research organization based on the principles of social networking. We conduct studies to understand how communities are connected and members of groups share information. In the event you elect to participate in our studies, we may collect personally identifiable information such as your name, employer, title, geographic location, telephone number, email address and other similar information. We may also collect information regarding your opinions and third parties with whom you interact to share ideas such as their name, employer, title and geographic location. This information may be used by Community Analytics to understand who members consult with and how information moves through a network. Members of a network may be invited to events and online discussions to share ideas, or provide feedback on new products or services. We may provide selected personally identifiable information to our partners and/or clients. Such information may be used only for the same purposes that Community Analytics would use the information.
The information we collect may be shared with agents or contractors who assist in providing support for our internal operations. All third parties with which we share personally identifiable information are required to protect such information in a manner similar to the way we protect such personally identifiable information.
In the event of a corporate merger, acquisition or transfer of substantially all of our assets to another party, personally identifiable information collected through the Site may be transferred to the acquiring entity. The acquiring party would then have the right to continue using the personally identifiable information solely as set forth in this policy.
Finally, we may disclose personally identifiable information collected through the Site when legally required to do so, at the request of governmental authorities conducting an investigation, to verify or enforce compliance with the policies governing our Site and applicable laws, or to protect against misuse or unauthorized use of our Site.

Community Analytics seeks to safeguard the personally identifiable information you provide. We use a secured-access data center and have reasonable security measures in place at our physical facilities, appropriate to the information being protected, to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our Site. As effective as our safeguards are, no security system is completely impenetrable, so we cannot guarantee the absolute security of our database, nor can we guarantee that personally identifiable information you supply won't be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet.
